1.  Initial Needs Analysis Meeting and Search Agreement

2.  Candidate Sourcing (Research and Candidate Generation)
  • Establish a "guide" through client consultation - utilization of our computerized data bank.
  • Referrals from opinion leaders.
  • Recruiting “headhunting”.
  • Networking
  • Sourcing from various media sources when necessary.
3.  Candidate Screening (Applicant filtering process)
  • Comprehensive candidate interviewing.
  • Macro-Skills assessments and ratings.
  • Micro-Skills testing (if necessary).
  • Behavioural assignments and testing.
  • In-depth Execusource Occupational Referencing through many levels-supplied and non-supplied.
4.  Presentation of Qualified Candidates (Logistics) 
  • Profile, including professional assessment of candidates.

  • Interview follow-up.
5.  Negotiating the Offer (Closing)
  • Arrange final interviews.
  • Recommend acceptable remuneration package.
  • Close the candidate.
  • Assist candidate with resignation and monitor the process and exit strategy.
6.  Monitor Progression of Successful Candidate (Review)
  • Ensure that both manager and employee are satisfied and comfortable in their new relationship.
  • Monitor progress of hired candidates.
  • Post search feedback from client and candidate with improvements to process.
