Our Team offers you contingent and retained services on an as needed basis, thus keeping Execusource a lean, project management based organization with a virtual expert project team that is ready for larger projects.

We have close to 20+ staffing companies we can network with for Temporary and Contract labour from Windsor to Toronto all seamlessly organized through one central headquarters. So although our internal team is set up as a boutique company our real footprint is quite impressive. Below we are noting two managers that coordinate our various projects.

Susie Smith - Business Development Manager

Susan is a Sales and Marketing professional with years of experience in the Software, Telecommunications, and Service/Hospitality (Restaurant Franchise Management) industries. She has expertise in knowledge management software tools, collaboration tools (Intranet/Extranet), telecommunication products and relatively new products such as SMS text messaging.

She has held vital positions including an International Business Manager/Channel Sales Manager position with global software companies. International Channel experience consisted of interactions with Resellers in Western/Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, North/South America, the Middle East and Australia. Susan has been recognized for her exceptional ability to develop and manage new business sales and marketing locally and internationally across all major continents.

Susan has the depth of experience to recruit for Senior Sales & Marketing Positions as well as management positions in the Manufacturing, Business Service, Technology and Hospitality industries.

Cathryn Smith - Advisor/Recruiter Support

Cathryn has been in the Healthcare Field for Forty years and has been an RN and attained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has held various positions including: Director of Nursing, Quality Assurance Management, Supervisory roles and Home Healthcare experience. Cathryn has been recruiting with Execusource since 2000 and has been active in management and strategic planning.
